About the Role
PureCyber is in an exciting phase of growth, and we’re expanding our team to strengthen the customer experience across our Security Operations Centre. In a SOC environment, every customer relies on fast insight, clear communication, and confidence in the protection around them. Our Customer Success Managers sit at the heart of the SOC experience, translating complex security activity into meaningful outcomes, guiding customers through evolving threats, and ensuring they feel supported, informed, and protected at every step.

This role blends cyber security awareness, operational coordination, and relationship leadership.
