We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting, and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology.
About the Role
If you join us, you’ll be helping to improve the property industry for everyone. As a Customer Success Manager you’ll be ensuring our customers are getting the most out of our award-winning prospecting tool, Spectre. You’re a real self-starter, a great communicator, and a confident and talented problem-solver, who isn’t afraid of going above and beyond for our customers.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are ever the same - on any given day, you could be:
- Running a strategy call
- Working a retention
- Spotting an upsell opportunity
- Providing best practice guidance
You'll also work closely with other teams across the business, giving feedback on product development and technical issues, and supporting launches of new product features.
About You
- Background: You have a background in Customer Success or Retentions, with real experience retaining customers and handling objections
- Motivation: You're a motivated self-starter who works well independently and is excited by the opportunity to help scale a business during a high-growth phase
- Organisation: You're highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Customer Focus: You are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships
- Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in written and spoken English)
- Tech-Savvy: You're tech-savvy and genuinely open to picking up new tools and systems quickly, from our CRM to AI-assisted workflows - we care more about your curiosity and adaptability than which specific tools you've used before

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Using AI in Your Job Application
As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you - your skills, experience, and values. We don’t want to hire an AI-generated version of you. We consider AI to be a valuable tool, not something that should overshadow you as an individual.
How We Use AI in the Hiring Process
Candidate experience is really important to us, and our Talent team use AI notetakers during interviews so they can focus purely on their conversation with you. All hiring decisions are made by humans - not AI. Let us know if you have any questions!
