Client Success Manager – R&D Tax
London / Hybrid - Up to £45k
We are working with a fast-growing, technology-led professional services business that specialises in helping UK companies access R&D tax relief.
They are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, manage the end-to-end delivery process and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
The role
As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will guide them through the R&D tax claim process, understand their objectives and ensure they receive maximum value from the service.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients through the full R&D tax claim process
- Building trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Creating tailored account and client success plans
- Driving client retention and identifying opportunities for growth
- Providing technical support relating to R&D tax relief
- Ensuring projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timescales
- Working closely with sales, marketing and technical teams to improve the client experience
Experience:
- Previous experience within the R&D tax industry.
- A background in professional services, client success, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of R&D tax regulations and the claims process
- Experience developing and delivering client projects.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident communicating with senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
