About Obsero

Obsero is one of the UK's leading tech startups. We track how brands appear inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Copilot, reading the answers real users see rather than what an API returns. We are growing fast and accelerating our hiring plans to match.

The role

You would own a portfolio of clients and utilise the Obsero platform to improve their AI search presence. That means getting ahead of it. You see the shift in the data before they do, work out what it means for their business, and arrive with recommendations already made. Nobody should be emailing you to ask why their visibility dropped, because you flagged it last week and brought the fix with you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you would be doing

  • Owning onboarding, so clients are confident in the platform in days rather than months
  • Reading how buyers are asking and which platforms are citing whom, then telling clients what it means for them
  • Turning visibility, citation and share of voice data into a recommendation with a clear next step
  • Leading review calls and quarterly sessions with marketing teams and their agencies
  • Driving growth inside the accounts, spotting where a client should expand before they ask
  • Pushing what you learn back into the product, because we ship fast and act on it

Who you are

  • Three to five years in digital marketing, specialising in SEO and more recently AI search and GEO
  • Excellent in front of a client
  • Able to explain something technical to a CMO without losing either the point or the room
  • Curious enough to push the platform to its edges and tell us what you found
  • Living and breathing Obsero is non-negotiable

There is no playbook and you would be helping write it, in a category that changes every month. You would own the function rather than inherit it, and you get both founders on speed dial with no layers in between.
