CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER | £35K–£40K + BONUS | REMOTE UK

Are you great with customers, confident with technology, and passionate about helping businesses get the most from their membership? We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of customer onboarding and product adoption within a growing, ambitious SaaS/Proptech/CRM business. This is far more than a traditional CSM role. You’ll have real ownership and the opportunity to shape how customers experience the platform from implementation through to becoming confident, long-term users.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the customer onboarding journey from Sales handover through to successful implementation
  • Deliver engaging software demonstrations, training and shared-screen tutorials
  • Configure customer accounts around their individual business processes
  • Help customers maximise product adoption and discover new functionality
  • Create guides, knowledge-base content and training resources
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer processes through automation
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Support, Product & Development
  • Feed customer insights back into the product team
  • Support product testing, webinars, feature launches and customer events
  • Continually improve the onboarding and customer experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
