About the Role
Seerist is looking to hire experienced and motivated Customer Success professionals to support our current and prospective Commercial Clients around the world. We support over 450 corporate security and GSOC teams globally. The role sits within the Customer Account Management team, managing around thirty to forty five clients, with the main focus on renewals, retention, and ensuring each client gains maximum value from Seerist’s intelligence and insight services. You will also be responsible for onboarding and training new clients, and take full ownership of the renewal process. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across security, intelligence, risk, and strategy functions in major global organisations, helping them interpret and apply relevant intelligence to anticipate and respond to global events.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of around thirty to forty five commercial clients across UK & EMEA
- Lead onboarding and training for new clients, ensuring they can use Seerist effectively from day one
- Take full ownership of renewals, including proposal, negotiation, and completion
- Ensure renewal and retention targets are achieved and clients receive consistent value from Seerist’s service
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help refine and improve client experience
- SaaS or Intelligence led subscription based account management or customer success experience
- Experience working directly with key clients and senior stakeholders, with the ability to understand their needs and clearly explain how Seerist’s insights support their objectives
- Ability to understand client goals, plans, challenges, timelines, and budgets
- Responsible for good, proactive account management and use of CRM tools

Required Qualifications
- Have in-depth knowledge of a corporate security function and/or threat intelligence function.
- Have SaaS and/or account management experience.
- Have experience working directly with high-touch customers, must be able to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to appropriately communicate the value of real-time threat monitoring to clients.
- Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timelines, budget, and authority.
- Have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Understand the importance of customer's goals, outcomes, and operational processes to integrate our SaaS platform into customer workflows. Ability to effectively work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders from entry-level employees to C-suite executives.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in engaging with corporate security or intelligence functions a bonus.
- 4-7 years of enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management/sales with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Experience working with sales, account management, product, and engineering teams.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in real time.
