The Role
As Farsight expands its footprint across the UK, we are hiring a Customer Success Representative to own the relationship with our major UK-based providers and customers. This is a 3-month contract role, based in the UK, for someone who thrives on building trust with sophisticated financial services clients and ensuring they get real, measurable value from Farsight's platform.

You will be the primary point of contact for Farsight's UK accounts, from onboarding through day-to-day engagement, working closely with our US-based product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure every customer is activated and successful. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working directly with demanding, high-caliber clients.
What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day relationship with Farsight's UK-based customers, acting as their primary point of contact for onboarding, product setup, and ongoing support.
- Guide customers through onboarding and early use-case design, ensuring each client is fully activated and getting real value from the platform.
- Gather customer feedback and frontline insights and relay them clearly to Farsight's product and engineering teams in the US.
- Monitor account health and proactively flag risks or opportunities to the broader Customer Success and leadership team.
- Coordinate closely with the US team on timezone handoffs, ensuring UK customers receive consistent, high-quality support.
- Represent Farsight professionally in front of senior stakeholders at major UK financial institutions.

Who You Are
- Experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role, ideally supporting enterprise or financial services clients.
- Comfortable working independently with limited structure in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with senior, sophisticated stakeholders.
- UK-based and available to work UK business hours with some overlap for US team coordination.
- Genuine interest in AI and financial services, and excited to work closely with a US-based founding team.
- Scrappy and resourceful: comfortable figuring things out without an existing playbook.
Engagement Details
This is a 3-month contract engagement, with potential to extend or convert based on business needs.
UK-based, but the role is remote at this time.
