Customer Success Manager – Aesthetic Capital Equipment | London & South East
An exceptional opportunity to join the UK launch of category-creating technology in medical aesthetics at an early stage in it's UK launch.
This is differentiated from anything in the market right now with a huge opportunity to earn financially and scope for progression as the team continues to scale on a global level.
The role:
- Full ownership of the London and South East territory
- Selling premium capital equipment into aesthetic clinics and practitioners, with recurring software revenue on top of every placement
- Majority remote model. Software, imaging and AI features are all demonstrated remotely, so travel is reserved for closing deals and in-person device demos
- Inbound leads and dedicated commercial marketing support provided, alongside your network and cold outreach to drive sales
- Reporting directly into the Head of Sales who built the US business, with early access built into the process
- Far more work-life balance than a traditional field-based device role

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
