About WYN
A fast-growing London startup, helping enterprises save an average of 30% on their software spend. Founded in 2024 by former enterprise sales leaders Adrien Bourg and Sergei Tugarinov, we've scaled to a team of 20+ remaining bootstrapped, with $3B in software spend under management for customers.
The Role
Seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of WYN's key accounts and become a trusted partner to our customers. You'll build relationships with C-level stakeholders, lead complex software negotiations, and deliver measurable savings worth millions of dollars.
As one of our early client-facing hires, you'll play a pivotal role in a company that's growing fast. You’ll work at the intersection of customer success, negotiation, and commercial strategy with a clear mandate: deliver measurable financial impact for clients and drive revenue for the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Not a Fit If
- You're looking for a purely reactive Customer Success role rather than owning strategic client relationships
- You prefer structured corporate environments over the pace and ambiguity of a fast-growing startup
- You don't enjoy commercial conversations, negotiation, or influencing senior stakeholders
- You'd rather manage people than roll up your sleeves and work directly with customers
- You're looking for a fully remote role
