About Humaans
Humaans is building the next generation of infrastructure for the workplace. We design software for companies scaling fast, operating globally, and pushing into new boundaries, starting with a system of record and evolving into a broader platform for managing and operating people globally.
Designed to replace outdated HR systems, Athena, our agentic AI layer, enables intelligent orchestration across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations—connecting workflows and allowing organisations to act faster and with greater confidence. We reimagine how work gets done.
Our customers include ambitious AI-native companies like Lovable, Poolside, Fyxer AI, Tandem Health, as well as established, high-growth organisations scaling internationally and through acquisition, such as Quantexa, Sellpy, Manychat, Gigs, Croud, and Threecolts. They don’t purchase software for features—they buy leverage: the ability to run faster, cleaner, and with more control as complexity grows.
To date, we’ve raised $20m from venture funding from respected founders, operators, and funds in technology:
- Lachy Groom (Physical Intelligence)
- Stewart Butterfield (Slack)
- Tobias Lütke (Shopify)
- Dylan Field (Figma)
- Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn)
- Claire Johnson (Stripe)
- Oliver Jay (OpenAI)
- Jay Simmons (Bond)
Plus Y Combinator, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, Pathlight Ventures, and Exor.
If you thrive with massive ambition, want to tackle a hard problem, enjoy working in a fast-moving, small team, and believe the current category is up for grabs, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
The Role
This isn’t your typical Customer Success Manager role. You’ll be at the frontier of AI adoption in HR tech, managing a portfolio of strategic customers while pushing boundaries in AI-enabled ecosystem orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end relationship for strategic accounts—from onboarding through retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery to define customer objectives, operational challenges, and customised deployment plans.
- Guide customers in tailoring and optimising Humaans’ AI agent capabilities to resolve unique operational challenges and maximise end-user resolution rates.
- Lever jag AI tools for:
- Drafting QBR materials
- Summarising call transcripts
- Flagging account risk signals
- Building repeatable assets faster
- Proactively analyse AI effectiveness by tracking performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring measurable value realisation (e.g., deflection rates, quality, CSAT).
- Develop and execute success plans tying platform usage, adoption, and adoption to key business outcomes.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities, aligning closely with Sales for new logos.
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, feeding insights into the roadmap.
- Contribute to scaling AI-enabled Customer Success through frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
- Proactively monitor account health to mitigate churn risk before it impacts revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
