With exciting expansion plans and new venues launching regularly, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Customer Success & Membership Administration Manager to become a key part of our growing Head Office team.

This is much more than a typical administration role. You'll be at the heart of the business, managing the complete customer journey from a parent's first enquiry through to becoming a long-term First Kick member.

You'll combine customer service, sales, membership administration and payment support, helping us grow our membership while ensuring every family receives an outstanding experience.

Customer Enquiries & Membership Sales

  • Respond quickly and professionally to new enquiries.
  • Contact parents who are interested in joining First Kick Mini Kickers.
  • Book children onto trial sessions and monitor trial attendance.
  • Follow up families following their trial sessions.
  • Convert enquiries and trial bookings into paying members.
  • Ensure every enquiry receives appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, messages and communications.
  • Support new venue launches by helping build and fill new classes.

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to parents and families.
  • Welcome and onboard new members.
  • Respond to enquiries relating to classes, memberships and payments.
  • Contact families considering cancelling and explore appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Help improve customer satisfaction and membership retention.

Membership Administration

  • Maintain accurate customer and membership records.
  • Process membership changes, transfers and cancellations.
  • Monitor trials, new memberships and cancellations.
  • Produce reports on enquiries, conversions and membership performance.
  • Ensure customer information remains accurate and up to date.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
