The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.
Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Onboard all new clients
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients
- Work hand in hand with National Director to drive sales and retention

Must Haves
- Estate Agency Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Ideally to have worked in a similar role, i.e., working with estate/letting agents
- Have used Estate and letting agent Prospecting/Report systems
- Comfortable using systems like Zoom/Teams to present training material
Salary
- 32-36k Basic Plus Comms
- Overall Package 40k Plus
