- 4.98★ customer rating from dentists
- Aerox (sleep), ready for national rollout, with a 300+ clinic waitlist
- US expansion live, new verticals being prototyped
We’re hiring at least two people for this role—let’s make an impact.
The Role

You’ll lead customer adoption, collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve challenges in real time, and build scalable processes.
This is a high-impact role: Every rollout you lead delivers measurable results—so your efforts are always clearly visible.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be hands-on, working directly with clinicians and teams to:
- Onboard and train practices: Lead smooth implementations, ensuring every practice gets the best possible start with our platform.
- To train and engage teams: Provide hands-on, engaging training that empowers users to become confident advocates for 01Health.
- Foster relationships at all levels: Connect seamlessly with Area Managers, Practice Owners, Dentists, Hygienists, Receptionists, Treatment Coordinators, and more.

- Demonstrate AI’s potential: Showcase and explain how our cutting-edge AI features enhance care and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate internally: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure practices get the maximum value from our platform.
- Evolve onboarding frameworks: Continuously improve and scale processes as we extend into new healthcare verticals.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why We’re Hiring For Two Tracks
Track 1: Aerox (Sleep Product) — Early Stage Scale Leader
Aerox is our new sleep product, designed for clinicians treating snoring and sleep apnoea. We’re gearing up for national rollout to ~50 priority partners, with hundreds of clinicians already on the waitlist. US expansion is coming soon.
This is a brand-new, fast-growing market—you’ll be a first mover.
- What’s needed? A startup generalist or early-stage commercial/ops leader who’s:
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable building processes from scratch
- Ready to own the rollout playbook—from launch to iteration
- Someone who expects to figure things out fast and improves with each test
No prior aerox/dental experience is required—just an attitude of “figure-it-out“ and willingness to roll up sleeves.
Track 2: 32Co (Orthodontics / Clear Aligners) — Customer Success Expert
Our 32Co UK & US platform is the fastest-growing UK orthodontic provider, maintaining high CSAT. This year, we’ve expanded into the US.
