Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist – London

About the Company
A rapidly scaling, well-funded technology company operating within the payments sector. The business is pre-IPO and expanding across multiple international markets. As part of this continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Customer Success career who wants greater ownership, exposure, and career progression within a fast-moving technology environment.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with approximately 1–3 years' experience in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Account Management, Implementation, or a similar customer-focused technology role.
You should have:
- Strong customer onboarding and relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain processes and technology clearly
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple customers
- Strong written communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset with the confidence to take ownership
- Experience within a SaaS, software, or technology environment

Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce would be advantageous but is not essential.
Responsibilities
You will manage customers through the onboarding process and help ensure they have an excellent experience from implementation through to going live. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end customer onboarding journey
- Acting as a key customer contact throughout implementation
- Managing expectations and providing clear, regular communication
- Working with Commercial, Product, and Technical teams to resolve requirements
- Supporting customers following go-live and developing strong long-term relationships
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
- Improving onboarding processes, documentation, and customer workflows
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights internally
- Maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM
