Customer Success & Operations Coordinator – Medical Devices
Location: Chessington | Office-based 4 days per week
Projectus Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a medical device business for a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator to support its spinal division.
If you have experience in B2B customer service or business support within healthcare, alongside coordinating rental equipment or loan kits, this is an opportunity to play a central role in supporting customers and the wider commercial team.
We’re looking for someone proactive, approachable and organised who enjoys building relationships, learning new products and taking ownership in a busy environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating customer orders, hire and leasing agreements, service contracts and repair requests.
- Managing demonstration equipment and loan kits, including allocation, dispatch, tracking and returns.
- Working closely with sales, warehouse and service teams to ensure equipment is available when customers need it.
- Supporting stock management, purchasing and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Preparing operational and sales reports, tracking equipment utilisation and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the Customer Success Manager and spinal business leadership with day-to-day operations and process improvements.

What we’re looking for:
- B2B customer service, business support or operations experience ideally within healthcare or medical devices although open to other sectors.
- Experience coordinating product rentals, loan equipment or surgical loan kits.
- Experience working within a start-up or small business, with a flexible, hands-on approach.
- Confidence building relationships with customers and colleagues across different teams.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Good Excel and reporting skills, plus experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Energy, initiative and enthusiasm for getting to grips with new products.
