As a Customer Success Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of ad technology, client success, and operational delivery. You’ll manage technical integrations, optimise performance, and act as a trusted partner to publishers across the region. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in programmatic and troubleshooting will directly impact client outcomes and revenue growth.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and turning technical insight into measurable results, this role offers both ownership and visibility in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own publisher account set-up and manage Tier 1 omnichannel accounts on the PubMatic platform
  • Deliver seamless technical integrations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Provide responsive, high-quality support within defined SLAs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Proactively analyse and optimise account performance to increase yield and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver tailored implementation plans
  • Manage and update internal systems (e.g. Salesforce, JIRA) with accuracy and consistency
  • Respond to and resolve integration issues, discrepancies, and brand safety escalations
  • Generate and interpret performance reports, turning data into clear client insights
  • Build strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and supporting revenue targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
