Customer Success & Operations Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes?

Hours

  • 8.30am to 5pm - Monday to Friday - Hybrid (1 day from home)

Location

  • Large modern building with on-site parking and modern kitchen facilities

Salary

  • £35K- £40K plus 25 days holiday, health insurance, pension, 2 annual conferences, parking and hybrid working!

Our client, a market-leading medical business, is looking for a proactive and highly organised Customer Success & Operations Coordinator to join their small but mighty UK division in Chessington.

As a key member of the Customer Success team, you'll be the central point of coordination between customers, sales, service, warehouse operations and internal departments. You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer service, efficient order fulfilment and operational excellence across the business unit.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries, delivering a first-class customer experience
  • Manage customer orders, equipment requests, service contracts, hire agreements and repairs through SAP system and Monday.com
  • Monitor open orders and maintain accurate customer, inventory and order records.
  • Coordinate stock purchasing and inventory activities
  • Coordinate equipment dispatch, returns and availability with the warehouse.
  • Monitor equipment utilisation and support forecasting activities.
  • Work alongside service engineers and collaborate with service teams
  • Prepare and distribute monthly operational and performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on stock levels, order status and equipment utilisation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist the Business Unit Manager with sales and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management System (QMS) compliance.

What We Need

  • Previous experience within Customer Success, Customer Service, Operations, Service Coordination, Supply Chain or Sales Support.
  • Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and report on data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management systems would be advantageous.
  • Experience within medical, healthcare, logistics or technical product environments would be beneficial, but not essential.
