As a Customer Success Placement Student, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to world-class organizations, helping them make a successful leap to the cloud and transform how their teams collaborate securely.
During this 12-month placement, you will work directly alongside experienced Customer Success Managers across EMEA (London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam) on real business challenges. You'll gain end-to-end exposure across customer engagement, data analytics, product adoption, and project management—making a tangible impact on customer retention and digital transformation while building fundamental skills for your future technology career.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers across EMEA on client-facing initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer community engagement.
- Analyze customer health metrics and quantitative data to generate actionable insights for team leadership and enhance operational rigor.
- Support product adoption and optimization strategies to help enterprise clients maximize the business value of Box AI and Intelligent Content Management.
- Delivering regular, structured customer contact across the renewal cycle through newsletters, targeted adoption campaigns, workshops, and webinars.
- Assist in driving customer retention initiatives and proactively identify trends to function as the internal voice of the customer.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for internal executive updates (All-Hands, QBR decks) and external client communications.
- Lead a continuous improvement initiative focused on streamlining and optimizing internal customer success workflows.
- Live the Box value to "Take risks. Fail fast" by bringing fresh perspectives, experimenting with new ideas, and contributing to best-in-class programs.
Who You Are
We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box.
- Education: Studies in Business, Management, or Technology fields or related and currently enrolled as an undergraduate student on a recognized university sandwich/placement course returning to complete your final year of study in Autumn 2029.
- Work Authorization: Unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full duration of the 12-month placement.
- Relationship & Communication Skills: Proven ability to build positive relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Problem Solving & Data Mindset: Inquisitive and data-driven approach to understanding customer needs and translating insights into practical solutions.
- Drive & Resilience: Motivated, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage priorities, adapt to fast-paced environments, and learn from mistakes.
