Job Description

Customer Success Process Automation Specialist

Location

Spain

Department

Customer Success

Description

This role finds the manual, repetitive work inside Booksy’s Customer Success organisation and removes it. Not by writing a recommendation deck and handing it off to someone else, but by building the fix yourself and working alongside our tech and ops teams to ship it.

As a key member of the CS Excellence team, reporting to the CS Global Change Manager, you’ll run a tight feedback loop across our frontline operations. You'll identify where a human is stuck doing work a workflow tool or AI agent could do, and build the automation using Make, Cursor, Gemini, Claude, and Agentforce.

What You'll Do:

  • Find the friction: Map current CS processes to pinpoint manual, repetitive, or error-prone tasks.
  • Build the fix: Own automations end-to-end — design, build, test, ship, and monitor usage live.
  • Gatekeep frontline requests: Triage change requests and bug reports for internal tooling, identifying what can be automated versus what needs standard optimization.
  • Scale with Tech & Ops: Partner directly with Booksy’s core Tech and Operations teams when a build needs to scale across our global infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
