WE’RE HIRING

Customer Success & Product Adoption Associate

£25,000 to £28,000 per annum | Remote first, UK based | Early career

Most customer success roles are about picking up the phone. This one is about building the technology and the relationships that mean customers get the right support to deliver huge impact, powered by globalbridge.

About globalbridge

globalbridge is a digital record of achievement and skills passport. We help young people showcase their skills and achievements, and helps schools, employers and education providers support successful futures. About the role

This is a brand new, remote first role for someone who's excited by technology, data and great communication. You'll become our in-house expert in a modern product adoption platform, using product analytics, in app guidance and smart automation to help customers onboard successfully, discover relevant features and get ongoing value from globalbridge, while also being on hand to provide a friendly, knowledgeable voice when they need to talk something through.

What you'll do

  • Become our go to expert in our product adoption platform, using product data and analytics to understand how customers use globalbridge and where we can improve their experience.
  • Design engaging onboarding journeys and in app guidance that help new schools and organisations get up and running quickly and confidently.
  • Create regular, targeted customer communications and campaigns that help users discover relevant features and get more value from the platform.
  • Use data to identify where customers may need additional guidance, support or engagement, rather than waiting for them to come to us.
  • Use automation and AI intelligently to make customer engagement more timely and scalable, reducing repetitive manual work and freeing up time for higher value customer support.
  • Be available to speak directly with customers when they need additional help, providing a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact to understand their needs and guide them towards the right solution.
  • Analyse engagement and adoption to identify opportunities, remove friction and continuously improve the customer journey.
  • Share customer insights across Product, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing, helping the wider team understand what customers need and how we can serve them better.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
