About The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will help our enterprise customers successfully adopt and use Procure Ai — from initial launch through ongoing adoption and renewal.
This is a hands-on role combining Customer Success with technical problem-solving. You will work directly with customers, investigate issues, test product behavior, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to get problems resolved.
Your Impact & Ownership
- Own customer relationships and drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Support customer launches, pilots, and renewals.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and product issues.
- Investigate and reproduce technical issues before escalating them to Engineering.
- Test product functionality and validate fixes from a customer perspective.
- Identify bugs, usability issues, and recurring customer problems and document them clearly.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify adoption risks and blockers.
- Collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable product input.
- Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities.
- Help build scalable Customer Success and support processes as our customer base grows.

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Implementation, QA, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology startup.
- Comfortable troubleshooting software and investigating technical issues independently.
- Curious about how products work and willing to test, reproduce, and document problems rather than simply forwarding customer requests.
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing several customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Hands-on mentality and strong ownership.
- C2 in English and German (both are a hard requirement)
