Job Description:
Customer Success & Renewals Specialist
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
This role follows a 3-day office / 2-day home working pattern. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded and analytical individual to join our Cisco team as a Customer Success & Renewals Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology, helping partners and customers get the most value from their software, services, and subscription investments.

You don't need to be a Cisco expert already. We're looking for somebody who enjoys working with data, spotting opportunities, building relationships, and helping customers make informed commercial decisions.

Whether your background is in sales support, account management, customer success, business operations, commercial analysis, licensing, renewals, or a similar role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analysing customer and subscription data to identify renewal, retention, and growth opportunities.
  • Supporting partners and sales teams with data-led recommendations and commercial insights.
  • Preparing quotations and proposals for software, subscription, and service opportunities.
  • Helping customers navigate renewals and ensuring they continue to gain value from their Cisco solutions.
  • Explaining licensing, subscriptions, and purchasing options in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
  • Building strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Working closely with Cisco specialists, account managers, and business development teams to drive growth.
  • Supporting training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the wider Cisco business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
