About Agrians

Agrians is an Egyptian agricultural export company supplying high-quality fresh produce to European markets. We work across sourcing, quality control, packing, export documentation, and shipment coordination to provide reliable Egyptian agricultural products to international buyers.

As we expand our presence in the United Kingdom and across Europe, we are looking for a B2B Sales & Customer Success Specialist – Fresh Produce based in London to help us acquire new customers and build strong long-term relationships with our buyers.

The Role

This role combines B2B Sales and Customer Success. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while also supporting existing customers throughout their relationship with Agrians.

The ideal candidate understands how to build relationships, generate opportunities, follow up consistently, and ensure customers receive a professional experience from first contact through ongoing partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new B2B sales opportunities in the UK and European markets.
  • Research and approach importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarket buyers, and food-service companies.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, phone, industry networks, trade platforms, and direct outreach.
  • Introduce Agrians' products, seasonal availability, specifications, packing options, and export capabilities.
  • Understand buyer requirements and identify suitable product opportunities.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial offers.
  • Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to negotiation and order confirmation.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and decision-makers.
  • Support the expansion of Agrians into new buyer segments and markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
