Remote UK (commutable to London) | £35,000–£45,000 + Bonus
The Opportunity
Join a growing B2B SaaS business expanding its UK operation, with this being the first dedicated Customer Success hire in the UK.
- Own a portfolio of customers across onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and renewals.
- Play a key role in shaping the Customer Success function, with genuine autonomy and progression as the business grows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build strong customer relationships, conduct regular reviews, and proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects, including product demonstrations, training, and helping customers embed the platform into their day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams while identifying opportunities for future account expansion through upselling and cross-selling.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, Implementation, or Technical Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience managing customer relationships and portfolios, with strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware and technically curious, with the ability to learn complex software and confidently guide customers through its use.

Desirable Experience
- Experience working with accountancy, professional services, or B2B software customers.
- Background in document management, workflow automation, Microsoft 365, or software implementation.
- Exposure to customer health metrics, retention strategies, renewals, or account expansion.
