# Client Activation Specialist – Customer Onboarding

As part of the Operations Division, you’ll join the Customer Onboarding team, serving as the operational backbone for clients during the acquisition pilots phase, ensuring their journey with Malt is seamless.
The mission of a Client Activation Specialist involves: Ensuring the successful and seamless operational launch of new client accounts by: ✔ Managing initial company setup and hiring manager onboarding ✔ Coordinating financing and system integrations ✔ Preparing the account for a smooth handover to long-term customer admin teams
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Support acquisition pilots: Set up clients for Malt’s first staffings and projects, onshore hiring managers, and manage AR, PO, and renewal validations on the project scope.
- Full client account setup: Work with clients and Malt’s financing team to ensure correct company setup from acquisition throughout the entire client lifecycle.
- Conduct product demos for clients.
- Formalize client-specific processes in Notion (knowledge management).
- Coordinate handover to Global, Enterprise, Public, or Managed SMB customer admin teams.
- Empower client autonomy by pitching platform benefits and conducting demos to educate them on managing their operations independently.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Executives (SAEs): Build strong partnerships to drive success.
- Scale operations: Identify pain points and deploy automated solutions with Business Ops and Product teams.

You meet our requirements if you have:
Experience & Acumen
✅ 3–5+ years in Customer Experience Management, Operations, or Account Management with strong business acumen.
Tech Stack & Tools
✅ Proficiency in a product-driven, marketplace environment with full command of CRM tools.
Soft Skills
✅ Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. ✅ Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Mindset & Passion
✅ Proven track record in client interviews, product demos, and CRM configuration. ✅ Passion for process optimization.
Languages
✅ Fluency in French and English (native level required).
