About the opportunity

Via is partnering with a fast-growing global technology business to recruit a Customer Success Specialist.

You'll help UK customers get up and running with recruitment and HR software, showing them how to use the platform effectively and helping them replace manual hiring processes with simpler, automated workflows.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining Customer Success, SaaS onboarding and software implementation. You'll spend much of your time speaking directly with business owners and HR teams, delivering product walkthroughs, solving workflow problems and helping customers get real value from the technology.

You don't need to come from HR technology. We're interested in people who have experience helping customers adopt software and who are confident demonstrating technology to non-technical users.

What you'll be doing

  • Guide customers through setting up and adopting recruitment software
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and screen-share training sessions
  • Help customers configure ATS settings and recruitment workflows around their needs
  • Understand customers' existing hiring processes and show them how technology can make them more efficient
  • Introduce customers to AI-powered recruitment features and explain how to use them effectively
  • Proactively contact customers who could be getting more value from the platform
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to increase adoption
  • Follow up after training to make sure customers are successfully using the software
  • Help customers reach key onboarding and adoption milestones
  • Troubleshoot questions around platform functionality and workflows
  • Gather customer feedback and share useful insights with Product and Marketing teams
  • Manage your own customer portfolio and schedule in a high-volume environment
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity within Salesforce

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
