Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding steps, explain product workflows, and help customers identify practical next actions
- Follow up with customers on agreed goals, capture progress, and identify obstacles to product adoption
- Maintain accurate customer notes, onboarding checklists, and follow-up actions in a CRM or shared tracker
- Monitor available usage and feedback signals, flag customers who need help, and coordinate support with colleagues
- Share recurring customer questions and product feedback with the relevant teams
- Prepare clear customer education materials and maintain onboarding guidance as workflows change

Qualification
Required
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; experience may come from customer-facing work, volunteering, internships, or team projects
- Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to explain a digital workflow patiently and confirm that the customer understands the next step
- Strong organisation, reliable follow-up, and attention to detail when recording customer information
- Comfort learning software tools and collaborating with colleagues in a remote environment

Preferred
- Exposure to a CRM, help centre, onboarding programme, or customer education project
- Basic spreadsheet skills and interest in using customer feedback to improve adoption
- Experience helping others learn a software product or complete a new process
