Customer Success Specialist (Morning Schedule)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Morning Schedule) based in United Kingdom.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support and personalized experiences to customers while fostering long-term engagement and loyalty. Working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will build meaningful relationships, promote tailored offers and campaigns, and help customers maximize the value of the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey, gather valuable feedback, and contribute to retention initiatives. This remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive and empathetic professional who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding service while working a consistent morning schedule.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver high-quality, personalized support to customers through email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs, preferences, and engagement patterns.
  • Promote campaigns, tournaments, loyalty programs, and other customer engagement initiatives to increase participation and satisfaction.
  • Conduct customer interviews and collect feedback to identify opportunities for improving products, services, and the overall user experience.
  • Support retention initiatives by encouraging customer loyalty and helping users progress to higher-value customer segments.
  • Handle customer objections professionally, resolve inquiries efficiently, and provide guidance throughout the customer journey.
  • Assist customers with account verification and other administrative processes when required.
  • Monitor and achieve individual performance targets and KPIs while maintaining high service standards.
  • Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and internal processes to provide accurate and effective support.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer success, customer support, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to handle customer objections, resolve issues, and deliver solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and promote relevant products or services.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and products in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is considered an advantage.
  • Availability to work a fixed morning schedule from 06:30 to 15:30 Kyiv time, Monday to Friday.
