Customer Product Success Specialist – Restaurant Onboarding (Swedish Speaker)

Join our Movement and Champion Restaurant Culture! 💚

At TheFork we believe that the best things in life happen around the table. As the leading restaurant booking platform in Europe, we connect the broadest community of loyal diners with the world’s favorite restaurants. Powered by innovation and a deep passion for the restaurant industry, we create unique dining experiences across 11 countries.

We’re part of the Tripadvisor Group and proud to be building a diverse, people-first culture where “respect”, “ownership”, “growth” and “better together” values thrive. If you’re passionate about food, technology, and making a real impact, your seat at the table is ready.

In the UK, we operate in one of the most competitive and fast-paced restaurant markets, where a strong start makes all the difference. As our Trainer, you are the first TheFork Manager expert our new restaurant partners work with, turning a signed contract into a thriving partnership.

Market focus: during your first 12 months, you will focus predominantly on the Swedish market, onboarding and training our Swedish restaurant partners, with occasional travel to Sweden required. From your second year, the role will focus predominantly on the UK market.

👉 Discover life at TheFork

As part of the commercial team, you will make sure every newly signed restaurant goes live quickly and gets full value from our software, TheFork Manager. You will:

  • Deliver onboarding training to our partners on TheFork Manager virtually and face to face.
  • Set up and optimize restaurant profiles and configuration so partners go live fast and convert diners from day one.
  • Drive product adoption, turning new partners into confident, advanced users of the software within their first weeks.
  • Adapt your training style to each audience, from independent owners to front-of-house and management teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during onboarding and hand qualified leads to Account Managers.
  • Achieve and exceed individual targets while contributing to overall country and regional goals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations and Customer Care to ensure a smooth handover from signature to go-live.
  • Share restaurant feedback with Product and Marketing, and help improve our training materials and knowledge base.
  • Travel as required for on-site restaurant sessions, trade events, and internal team sessions, including occasional trips to Sweden during your first year.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
