Salary: Salary from £28,000, negotiable depending on experience
The Role
As a leading UK Bursary Fund Management and Online Software company, we are seeking a highly organised and approachable Customer Success & Training Assistant to join us at an exciting time of growth.
In this newly created role that will have the opportunity to develop, you will play a key part in providing varied support and training to help our customers confidently utilise our systems to their full potential. Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Customer User Training: Deliver clear, practical learning in both 1-on-1 and group training sessions. Teach customers how to navigate our systems and ensure they have the ability to leverage the software to its full potential.
- Resource Development: Assist with the upkeep of the internal intranet (SharePoint). Ensure customer training materials, including video tutorials and step-by-step instructions, are kept up-to-date post-training. Customer contracts are maintained.
- System Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for technical or navigational issues. Escalate where appropriate and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Provide Efficient Administrative Services: to support the Management Team across a range of duties.
- Other Duties: Assist with ad-hoc projects as the business requires.

Qualifications Required
- Level 4 or above qualification
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English
Core Skills Required
- Previous experience in a Training Coordinator, Learning & Development, or training administration role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical processes clearly to varied audiences.
- Proven organisational skills with an acute attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- High proficiency in navigating complex software systems and learning new technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with the patience to guide users through technical setups.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Comfortable with remote work environments
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team.

Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of bursary funding.
- Relevant experience in SaaS, education technology, or working with schools, colleges, or universities is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR regulations.
