The role

Take ownership of customer supply chain performance across a major retail-facing account portfolio.

Build strong relationships with key customers while acting as a trusted supply chain point of contact.

Work closely with Commercial, Planning, Operations and Logistics teams to improve service levels and availability.

Use data, forecasts and performance insights to identify risks, solve issues and drive better outcomes.

Lead customer service reviews and performance discussions, giving you strong stakeholder exposure and influence.

Play a key role in continuous improvement projects, helping to shape processes and deliver measurable supply chain improvements.


Ideal candidate

Experience in customer supply chain, replenishment, demand planning or supply planning within FMCG, food manufacturing or retail.

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships and influence across multiple teams.

Commercially minded and analytical, with strong Excel skills and the ability to turn supply chain data into clear actions.

Proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing challenges and continuously improving customer service.
