itsu [grocery], where this role sits, extends the much-loved itsu brand beyond our shops and into supermarkets, health food retailers, online channels, wholesale partners, and international markets. Our growing product range includes customer favourites such as crispy seaweed thins, frozen gyoza and bao, brilliant'broth, rice'noodles, and miso'easy, bringing the taste and quality of itsu into homes around the world.

About The Role
itsu [grocery] is looking for an International Customer Supply Executive to join our International Supply Chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their supply chain career who is eager to learn, develop, and grow within a fast-paced international business.

The successful person will manage the movement of products from our European warehouses to our distributors and retailers across Europe; as well as working with the UK team. This individual should be analytical and be able to form strong relationships with our logistics providers and customers to maximise our service. They will also be responsible for reporting service levels and investigating issues.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Order capture from our customers, managing short supply situations with our warehouses.
- Build strong relationships with customer & logistics providers.
- Process distribution invoices and analyse outbound delivery costs. Maximise efficiencies & ensue we are delivering in the most efficient way.
- Report on service levels, investigating & resolving logistics, order and invoice issues.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maximise service levels while managing cost and environmental impact.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Analytical with strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- The energy and self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities.
- Pro-active, identifying issues as or before they arise.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines.
- An open-minded approach to the role and a flexible, can do, friendly attitude. Our business is constantly changing!
- No previous experience in supply chain required.
- A passion for food.

- Starting salary of £32,000 per annum
