Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading international business to recruit a Customer Supply Chain Manager based in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional with a background in drinks, FMCG, or manufacturing and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. The role plays a critical part in overseeing customer order fulfillment, logistics execution, shipping, and export compliance, ensuring exceptional service levels while driving operational excellence.

Salary: £55,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Hours: 36 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
Friday: 08:00 – 14:00

The Role

As Customer Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the customer supply chain function, ensuring products are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with international export regulations. Working closely with internal stakeholders and logistics partners, you will drive service excellence, optimize processes, and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the customer supply chain team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the end-to-end order-to-shipment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage export operations, shipping activities, and customs documentation, ensuring full compliance with international regulations.
  • Collaborate with commercial, production, and logistics teams to meet customer and market requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs and service levels, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
  • Support inventory deployment, cost management, and working capital objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Experience within the drinks, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong people leadership experience, with a proven ability to develop, motivate, and manage teams.
  • Experience managing customer supply chain, logistics, customer service, or order fulfillment operations.
  • Knowledge of export documentation, customs compliance, and international shipping processes.
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced production, manufacturing, or FMCG environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using ERP and supply chain management systems.
