What To Expect
As part of our Customer Logistics team, you'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive the right products at the right time. You'll work with a diverse customer base, from major retailers and wholesalers to high street outlets and food service operators, helping to deliver the service excellence that our brands are known for.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Managing customer queries, supply issues and complaints from initial investigation through to resolution.
- Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve delivery and service challenges.
- Identifying trends and recurring issues, supporting continuous improvement activities and corrective actions.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with customers to enhance their experience and strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to achieve service and operational goals.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working within established processes and service standards.

Skills and essentials:
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- Previous customer service, customer supply chain or order management experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good PC skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel.
- A structured and organised approach to work.
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Experience using SAP, Salesforce or similar business systems.
- Experience working within a supply chain, logistics or FMCG environment.
