Customer Supply Coordinator

The Customer Supply Coordinator is the link between external sales, operational teams, and customers, promoting our operational excellence and elevating the customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is an expert communicator and relationship builder, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operational detail but also get the balance just right between operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Customer Supply Manager, the principal tasks relate to:

• Internal coordination of the short-, medium- and long-term priorities of specific customers.
• The use of SAP and Microsoft Excel to;
  • Input sales orders, issue stock reports and monitor stock levels, collate and maintain customer forecasts and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) schedules.
  • Update pricing, process invoices and accurately report daily and monthly sales figures to the wider business.
• Providing a high level of professional customer service in all aspects of the supply chain journey from raw material purchasing and production planning right through to delivery and payment.
• This includes, but is not limited to, new customer and/or product introductions/transitions, working towards achievement of the team and business KPIs and assisting with the efficient handling of quality complaints by proactively liaising with internal departments as required.
