As a Customer Support Administrator, you will provide administrative and customer service support by responding to customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily operational tasks. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience while working in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Update and maintain customer records accurately.
