About the Role:

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-growing business. Your expertise in providing excellent customer service and administration support, while maintaining long and lasting customer relationships is crucial to our business. You will be a key player in supporting our business growth and expansion.

This is a full-time, office-based role. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support Excellence: Responding to customer enquiries and taking orders via phone and email, providing helpful and timely support.
  • Order Management: Daily monitoring and checking of the online order system to ensure smooth processing.
  • Data Entry: Accurately entering customer order details into computer systems.
  • System Utilization: Proficiently using various computer programs such as Unleashed, Xero, Google Sheets, and Google Docs for order tracking, quote preparation, and information management.
  • Office Administration: Collaborating with the team on all office tasks, ensuring best practices, high levels of communication, and up-to-date system records.

Requirements:

  • Organizational & Customer Service Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities combined with a talent for assisting customers effectively.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in a professional work environment, demonstrating an understanding of team dynamics.
  • Demonstrated Skills: Ability to showcase strong organizational skills and customer service capabilities. High levels of attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Prioritisation skills and working to deadlines should also be demonstrated.
  • Previous experience in a similar distribution business or industry would be advantageous.
