Customer Support Administrator (Finance)
Location: City Centre, Manchester
£30,000 per annum + bonus

Our client is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join their dynamic team in the heart of Manchester! What You'll Do:
As a Customer Support Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in guiding clients through their pensions transfer and onboarding journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing multiple administrative tasks.
- Following structured procedures to deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and enhance client satisfaction.
