Customer Support Administrator (Remote UK)
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Support Administrator to support customers and day-to-day administrative operations in a fully remote UK-based role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at entry level who has strong communication skills, attention to detail and a professional approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support across customer service activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Handle email and online customer communications.
- Assist with queries, requests and routine issue resolution.
- Coordinate information between customers and relevant internal teams.
- Complete general administrative and data-entry tasks accurately.
- Ensure customer requests are followed through in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
