About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Advisor to join the Keystone Lintels team, where you will be responsible for managing sales orders, preparing customer quotes and providing effective support to our customers. Working closely with the Technical and Sales teams, you’ll play a key role in resolving customer queries, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a dynamic and supportive environment while developing experience across customer service, sales support and technical coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing timely and professional support on sales and quotations.
  • Accurately processing customer requirements, product information and sales orders to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Working closely with the Technical Sales team to resolve queries, support customer requests and deliver effective solutions.

You’ll be someone who takes pride in delivering accurate work and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues. You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to manage your workload and work effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to use a range of systems and software, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using ERP or business management systems would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry environment, with the ability to support customers both in person and over the telephone.
