Are you a motivated individual who enjoys meeting and exceeding targets?
You don’t need to be an expert on cars or maintenance, just be passionate about delivering a five star customer experience.
The Ideal Person Will Have/be
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service sales role is essential.
- Experience of working in a similar role in the motor trade is desirable but not essential.
- A strong working knowledge of computerized systems such as customer databases.
- Experience of CDK would be beneficial.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English
- Be a strong team player who is energized by variety and responsibility.
- Demonstrate a professional and confident approach in dealing with both staff and customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be attentive to detail.
- A flexible approach to working hours is required.
