We’re expanding our Customer Service team at Concentrix and we’re on the hunt for team players, and go-getters to join us at our buzzing Newcastle Upon Tyne Site!

As a Customer Service Advisor on our team, no day is the same. You’ll have the opportunity to diversify your experience in the industry by dealing with, diagnosing and solving a range of issues and queries from our customers.

  • Supporting customers with their bills and technical queries, such as taking payments, billing issues and queries regarding their service, service support and guiding customers through products or features and how to optimize their use
  • Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
  • Identifying sales opportunities through lead generation

As the first point of contact, you’ll dive into engaging, diverse conversations with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs and positively guide them through service excellence.

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Are flexible to work shifts between, 8am – 9pm from Monday to Sunday
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of continuous Customer Service experience
  • Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
  • Embrace technology and have proficient computer literacy skills
  • Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
