The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive the outstanding service they've come to expect. You'll be the go-to person for our customers, a true problem-solver and a vital link between our clients and suppliers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be a Customer Champion: Manage hire contracts from start to finish to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- Solve Problems with a Smile: Take charge of all customer inquiries, from resolving issues to providing daily updates on logistics via phone and email.
- Keep Everything in Sync: Process off-hires, maintain and update customer records, and handle all order administration with a keen eye for detail.
- Build Relationships: Be our clients' and suppliers' trusted point of contact, building strong relationships by being reliable and responsive.
- Team Up for Success: Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure we're always providing an A-plus customer support experience.
- Manage the Paperwork: Chase and validate required hire documentation and insurance policies from our customers.
