Customer Support Advisor – Customer Service Nights Team

Salary: £14,960 per year plus average additional earnings up to £1000 + Prorated unsocial hours bonus TBD

Contract: Part time working Thursdays and Fridays from 20:00-08:00

Location: Remote – Working from home

How will you contribute?

In the role of a Customer Support Advisor within our customer service nights team, you’ll play a key part in supporting customers who have concerns, complaints, or issues that need resolving. Each day, you'll handle inbound calls from customers looking for assistance, guidance, and resolution.

  • Every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference.
  • You'll build rapport, listen carefully to understand each customer's unique situation, and take ownership of their concerns.
  • Using your problem-solving skills and empathy, you'll work towards achieving the right outcome for the customer while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Shift Pattern

Your shift patterns will be from 20:00-08:00 Thursday - Friday.

You’ll work 22 hours per week and you will have two 15-minute breaks and a full hour for lunch, allowing you to recharge and maintain your focus.

We’ll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access.
