Customer Service Advisor
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team. In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries by phone, email, and post while delivering a professional and positive experience every time.
Some days you’ll focus on admin tasks like logging documents and managing post; other days will be fast-paced with back-to-back calls. Whatever the day, your ability to stay accurate, empathetic, and motivated will make all the difference.

What you’ll do:
- Handle customer enquiries with patience and professionalism
- Manage post, emails, and records with accuracy
- Support claims submissions and resolve issues before they escalate
- Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Clear and confident communicator with strong listening skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Positive attitude and adaptability for both repetitive tasks and busy call days
- Previous customer service experience (claims/complaints handling is a plus)
