Our Concentrix team provides Government Facilities management support. You would be involved in front-end troubleshooting, logistics activity, and scheduling appointments for engineers to fix or perform contractual checks.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Handling incoming calls & emails from existing customers.
  • Dealing with anything from locker requests to deep clean, toilet leaking – anything facilities related.
  • Log & track Government facilities requests while continuing conversations with customers.
  • Analyse and implement the best strategy to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Providing the best possible customer experience from initial contact, right through to completion.
  • Multi-tasking is key as this is a fast-paced environment.
  • You will handle 20-25 E-Mails per day, multiple requests.
  • You will also handle 5-10 Calls per day.
  • Jobs must be completed within SLA time.

Contract

  • This will be a full-time permanent contract of 40 hours per week and will permanently be based as a work-from-home job role.
  • Hours: 40 hours paid production - Our staff support customer queries on a rotational shift basis. You must be fully flexible to work at any time. Your main shifts will be 8am - 10pm, however, you may also be required to work nightshift at times.
  • This is a 24/7 account where you must be fully flexible with working hours. If someone is off, you may be required to cover another shift, including nightshift. This is a small team of approximately 18 advisors who cover 24/7 - close-knit and do help each other out in terms of flexibility.
  • You will be scheduled in 45 hours a week, this will be 40 hours paid and 5 hours of unpaid breaks. Daily this will break down to 8 hours of paid work with 2 x 15 mins breaks and 1 x 30 min lunch break.
  • We open all year round, so you may be required to work bank holidays and/or Christmas.

Salary

  • £12.75 per hour with a 50p uplift for any unsociable hours which are from 10PM until 6am.
  • We are paid fortnightly.
  • Commission up to £200 every quarter based on KPIs performance (AHT, Attendance, and others).
