At Nu-Style Products, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to our customers. We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant who will become a valued member of our team and help us maintain the high standards our customers expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers with their enquiries.
- Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Managing customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
- Processing customer returns accurately and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Liaising with our depot teams to coordinate complaints, returns, and customer issues.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure every customer receives the best possible service.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and people skills.
- Is confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.
- Can stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Has strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Is a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Has previous customer service or office administration experience (preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided).
