Job Opportunity in Customer Support Team
An opportunity has arisen in our Customer Support team, based at our Starbeck site in Harrogate, and we are looking for 2 full-time and 1 part-time (or equivalent part-time hours e.g. 2 people working 2/3 days) Customer Support Assistants to join us to support in the Christmas period.
This fixed term contract will start on 9th November and finish on 24th December 2026.
Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our online Store and Café Tea Room customers. You will process orders by phone and email, provide advice on products and services as required. You will also deal with any queries, taking ownership and resolving issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring the best possible outcome for our customers.

Working Pattern
The full-time role is 37.5 hours a week, 5 days over 6 (Monday-Saturday). The part-time role is 3 days over 6 including Saturdays on a rota basis. If you would like to discuss flexible working patterns, please provide more details in your application. The team is based on site at our offices, hybrid working is therefore not available in this role.
About You
We are looking for:
- Previous experience of customer service/sales
- Experience of working to and achieving targets
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Calm, resilient, and positive communicator
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
