About the Role
This is your chance to join a multi-award-winning, Dragons’ Den backed, high-growth startup on the ground floor as the 11th member of our team, working directly alongside the founders. We're looking for enthusiastic, mission-driven people who fit our values and are passionate about what we do.
Who We Are
Allergy diagnoses, anaphylaxis hospitalisations, and adrenaline pen prescriptions are on the rise, and the UK is inadequately prepared. With ‘avoidable deaths’ appearing in the news too regularly, and the stigma around allergy causing mental health issues for millions, it’s never been more important for us, as a society, to respond to this issue.
Our founder, Zak, who lives with a severe nut allergy, originally came up with the idea for something “just like a defibrillator, but for allergies" during his final year at university in 2020.
Fast forward to early 2023, and the Anaphylaxis Kitt service was launched, offering a dependable supply of emergency adrenaline pens in wall-mounted Kitts, alongside CPD-accredited training, all-in-one subscription service.
Since then, we’ve deployed 5,000+ Kitts in schools and qualifying businesses across the UK, training 60,000+ people, and treating 45+ life-threatening allergic reactions.
In 2025, our co-founders Zak & James pitched on BBC’s Dragons’ Den, securing investment from Deborah Meaden and Steven Bartlett, enabling further scaling into qualifying organisations, including Compass Group, Merlin Entertainments, DHL, and Center Parcs to name a few.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
With Benedict's Law now placing a statutory duty on all UK schools to hold adrenaline auto-injectors, training, and allergy policies, demand for Kitt has never been higher - and the people who look after our customers have never mattered more.
We’ve built a team of young, talented, and passionate individuals who believe in this mission, and we’d love you to join us. Our goal is to become every defibrillator’s next door-neighbour, creating a new standard for allergy care.
What You'll Be Doing
- You'll be the first point of contact for the thousands of schools and businesses who trust us to keep their Kitt compliant, their team trained, and their emergency cover ready when it matters most.
- Handling customer queries across email, phone, and chat - Kitt installation, training queries, expiry, and replacement requirements, and general account admin.
- Proactively checking in with schools and businesses to make sure they stay up to date with the latest compliance and keeping our customer records accurate and up to date.
- Getting involved in admin tasks, paperwork, and generally helping out the rest of the team.
- Maintaining good client relations by responding to (and dealing with) potential issues quickly and effectively.
- Availability to travel to day events/conferences and exhibit Kitt to potential customers.
- Getting your hands dirty. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same, and a general interest in mucking in and just getting the job done is crucial.
Who We Are Looking For
- Someone who genuinely cares about getting it right for the person on the other end of the phone - this often means speaking to worried parents, teachers, and first-aiders, sometimes about a real reaction that's just happened.
- Able to work well with a small, tight knit team, collaborating with strong communication and transparency at all times.
- Previous experience working with schools, in EdTech/Healthcare, or in a customer support/account admin role is a plus - passion and empathy for the problem we're solving is a must.
- Growth mindset - adaptable and excited by the prospect of moving fast.
- We will give you all the training and tools that you need to succeed - We want you to bring enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn.
