What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining and developing close relationships with our long-standing and new customers.
- Assisting customers with all enquiries about our products and services.
- Inform & update customers on order lead-time.
- Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues/queries.
- Receive and process customers stock orders accurately and by agreed deadlines.
- Surpassing customer expectations on quality and service levels.
Requirements:
You will have:
- 1 year's experience within a customer service role, ideally in a manufacturing/construction environment (however not essential).
- Confidence using the telephone, be resilient and have a natural rapport with customers.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.

In return, we offer:
- Salary: £24,500 per annum
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 with a 30 60 minute break per day
